You are currently browsing the category archive for the 'Instructions etc' category.

Blogs allow an author to categorize their posts.  Categories act like sections in a newspaper (National News, Sports, etc).  This allows readers to focus on those sections that interest them.  As more and more post, it becomes more difficult to find specific entries or posts.

To help you (and more important, me) to find information / posts, I have added categories for Instructions and Battle of The Mind and a subcategory Part1.

When posting, please be sure to select the right category of your post.  If you forget, you can always Edit your post and change the category.

Welcome to the Calculus 2 blog.  Before you get started on your assignment, you must first register for the blog.  To do so is easy.

  • Go to WordPress.com and sign up.  You can give yourself a blog (things work better if you do) and create a screenname and a blog.
  • You will be emailed a message asking you to click and activate the blog.  Click on the link and do so.  If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, check the spam or bulk folder.
  • Once you register, you will receive an email conformation.  Forward that email to glassr@ncc.edu so I can add you to the Calculus 2 blog.
  • Go to http://WordPress.com and click on My Account in the upper left hand corner.
  • Choose Edit Profile and enter your full name.  You can choose to have only your screen name show on the post.  I need to connect your screenname with your real name internally so I can give you your grade.

Happy Blogging,

Dr. Glass
